Funeral Services for Camilla Elizabeth Mellette Young age 72 who passed away on Sunday July 1 2007 in Jackson TN will be held Saturday July 7 2007 at 1:00pm at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona. Family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:00 to 1:00pm also at the funeral home. Camilla was born on September 15 1934 in DeLand FL. She was a 1952 graduate of Mainland High School and completed business college in Jacksonville. She married Richard Holbrook in 1954 and after they divorced she married Herbert H. "Jim" Young in 1968. She worked her adult life until retiring in 1997. She was a Baptist. Survivors include her son Donald Holbrook of San Diego CA; her daughter Nancy (Terry) Wright of Jackson TN; two brothers Nelson "Buddy" Mellette of Marathon FL & Vernon Mellette of Lutz FL; three sister-in-laws Evie JoAnn & Barbara Mellette and her two grandchildren Justin & Landon Wright along with two nieces and two nephews.
