Cleveland Edward Burnham 81 of Orange City FL passed away after a sudden illness on July 10 2009. He was born in Middleborough MA on February 15 1928 the son of Clarence E. and Bertha C. (Shurtleff) Burnham. Cleveland graduated from Middleborough High School. He co-founded and owned B&H Auto Supply until his retirement in 1978. He was a past Exalted Ruler of the Middleborough Lodge of Elks and a former member of the Deltona Lodge of Elks. After his retirement he lived for several years in Wareham MA before moving to Florida. He loved to fish tell stories and spend time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Betty L. (Bassett); his son Edward W. Burnham and his wife Barbara of Orange City; his daughter Ellen L. Knowlton and husband Richard of Deerfield NH; two grandsons Barry A. Hardsog and Brian D. Hardsog; his beloved great-granddaughter Stephanie R. Hardsog and several cousins. There will be no services and burial will be in Middleborough at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
