A memorial service for Robert ?Buddy? Phillips age 50 of Daytona Beach died suddenly on Friday May 19 2006 at Halifax Memorial Hospital will be Saturday June 10th 2:00pm at the Chance bar 1120 Derbyshire Road Holly Hill FL 32117.

Mr. Phillips was born on August 26 1955 in Albuquerque New Mexico. The youngest of Rena and the late Joseph Phillips. Buddy was the owner of IT?S A GAS a Restaurant equipment cleaning company until 2005. In 2006 he worked at Angela?s Restaurant supply rebuilding and cleaning restaurant equipment. Buddy enjoyed playing Darts for Ain?t skeered Shooters at the Chance former A.D.A. player. He loved NASCAR and his Toyotas. Buddy reached the hearts of so many people in the Daytona area and beyond especially Nichole Brooks and son Robert.

Survived by his wife of 26 years Lucy Mother; Rena Croft of Orange Park FL one brother; Joe Kathryn Phillips of Plano Texas 2 sisters; Dr. Carol Gean Phillips of Annapolis Maryland Jackie Lynn Ernie Pellerin of Albuquerque New Mexico brother in law of Ed Dee Carmer of Ash bough NC Leah Mark Lewis Wendy VanGordeor and Kenneth Jackie Carmer all of Sarasota FL and Edward Christine Carmer of Cortland NY the Late Joseph Phillips . Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
