Obituary

Bryan Rerko, P.E., 57, beloved Father and Brother, Son, former Spouse to Colleen Rerko, passed away peacefully August 27th.

Devoted father of Bailey, Bryan Jr., and Brent; brother to Ronald, Donald, David, and Kevin; uncle to many dear nieces and nephews, son of Ronald (Dec.) and Emily Rerko. Bryan was a man who lived life fully in both family and professional life. He was a devout father to his children and lived to see their joy and beamed with pride when speaking of them.

As a young man he greatly enjoyed the beach and surfing as well as playing the guitar. He met Grand Master Daniel K Pai (Dec.) and it is there his devotion to the Late G.M. Pai began--- as a devout practitioner of Pai Lum Kung Fu for over 35 years, passing much of his knowledge to his sons.

Bryan flourished in college after graduating from Spruce Creek High School in the Class of '83. A graduate of Cleveland State University Penn College of Engineering, passing his Professional Engineering exam and earning his P.E., Bryan is credited with many technically impressive engineering projects and as a project manager, formally recognized by the State of Florida for his dedication, design, and technical skill, while working for the nation's top engineering firms.
Bryan loved sparring, doing advanced mathematics and engineering, traveling, playing guitar, and being with family as he was part of the large Rerko/Martinka family lineage.

He was raised as a Catholic and welcomed Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior. God called upon our beloved brother, son, father, to be with his Dad whom he cherished and missed terribly since passing away in March of 2021; and to be with his niece, Crystal, who passed away earlier this year. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten because of so many wonderful memories he created and etched into the pages of his life's story. Rest in Peace with God and Jesus, and be with all our loved ones that have since departed this world for everlasting life. We celebrate your life Bryan, may you rest peacefully.
