Bridget Rose (Cooney) Burrows 70, Port Orange, Fl. Bridget passed away peacefully at the Hospice care center, Port Orange on June 14, 2017. Bridget was born in Glencraig Fife, Scotland on September 9, 1946. She retired from Ruggles Sign Company in Versailes, Kentucky and moved to Port Orange, Fl., where she enjoyed her grandchildren and following Cleveland sports and their quest for Championships. Survivors include two children. Stephen (Kim) Cooney of Port Orange and Kurt Cooney of Cleveland, Ohio. four Grandchildren Camryn, Griffin of Port Orange, Alyssa and Ryan Cooney of Cleveland, Ohio. Two sisters Margaret Ann (Chuck) Miller of Livingston, TX. Kathleen (Jake) Barres of Painesville, OH. And was loved by many nieces and nephews. Bridget was preceded in death by parents Edward and Margaret Cooney and three brothers Edward, John, and Pat Cooney. Celebration of life will be held at a later date in Cleveland, Ohio. Memorial contribution may be made in her memory to Hospice Care center of Port Orange. Arrangements are under the care of Lohman Funeral Home, Port Orange.
