B-Rock (Brian Brown), 37, passed away November 20, 2013 in Port Orange, Florida.

B-Rock was born June 17, 1976 on a military base in Clovis, New Mexico. His family moved to Indiana, where he won ribbons for his prize winning goat, became a Colts fan and perfected the art of wearing high tops and listening to AC/DC on his walkman. He then moved to Daytona Beach and graduated from Mainland High School, but not before earning the monikers "Banger Brian" and B-Rock. After several years of surfing, twelve ounce curls, playing the bass, and making memories with his amazing friends B-Rock met the love of his life, Stacy Kissel. B-Rock and Clown were an amazing duo and had many adventures. Eventually they married (twice) and had two beautiful children. The story should continue, but unfortunately his life was cut short much, much too soon.

B-Rock was well known for his ability to be the life of any party (and he definitely had a lot of practice in this area!) and ability to make people laugh at his amazing antics. He loved the ocean, surfing, beer, punk rock, having a good time, fishing, boating and football. He was fearless and was willing to do anything to make his friends and family laugh, and he was a pro at it. It was impossible to be around B-Rock without having a good time. In addition to his awesome personality, B-Rock was extremely committed to his family. He should have written a book he was so skilled in the art of raising two extremely spirited boys, and when his family's home in Indiana burned to the ground B-Rock rallied the troops and made sure they were supported.

B-Rock was preceded in death by his older brother Eric Brown. He is survived by his wife, Stacy Kissel; his two sons, Maxwell, 4, and Elliott, 1; his family including Tammy Harbstreit, LeeRoy Harbstreit, Eli Harbstreit, Emile Harbstreit, Sage Harbstreit, Stone Harbstreit, Cy Harbstreit, Delema Clark, Renee and Bill Mowery; and many other awesome people that loved him.

A celebration of his life will be held on Monday November 25, 2013 at Lohman Funeral Home, 1201 Dunlawton, Port Orange, at 5:00 PM. A wake will be held immediately following at Robbie O'Connells Pub, Daytona Beach, Florida. In lieu of flowers there has been a memorial foundation set up for his boys through Wells Fargo Bank in Port Orange in the name of the Kissel-Brown Foundation.
