Brenya J. Smith age 10 passed away peacefully in the loving arms of his family and friends on August 3 2011 shortly after he was baptized by Fr. Tim of Basilica of St. Paul. Visitation will be held Tuesday August 9th from 4:00 P.M to 7:00 P.M at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona with a Rosary service at 6:00 P.M. The Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday August 10th at 9:00 A.M at Basilica of St. Paul in Daytona Beach FL. Brenya was known by his strong will and charming smile. He loved music and enjoyed the company and interaction with others. Those who truly knew Brenya were aware of his favorite superhero Spider-man who is meticulously displayed in his bedroom. Brenya leaves behind his loving mother Petrina Onwuemeli and his caring father Maurice Smith. He is also survived by his caring brothers Brandon Smith and Maurice Smith Jr. and his loving sisters Kiera Matthews and Taylore Smith. Maurice Gainey Brenya's God brother will cherish the memories they spent together and Brenya will be deeply missed.
