Bobby Ramsey age 71 passed away at his home in Palm Coast on Sunday August 20 2006. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Wednesday August 23 2006 at the Lohman Funeral Home in Palm Coast. Bobby was born in Albany Georgia on January 11 1935 to Quincy D. Ramsey Sr. & Lottie Grace Tolbert Ramsey. Bobby served in the U.S. Army for three years before beginning a distinguished 27 year career working as an officer in the C.I.A. until his retirement in 1989. His service brought him numerous commendations citations & awards; and also instilled in him a love of overseas living and travel through his various assignments. In 1990 Bobby & his wife Martha moved to Palm Coast from Manassas Virginia. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents and by his brother Quincy ?Kent? Ramsey and his sister Grace Bierman. Left to cherish their memories of Bobby are his beloved wife of over 45 years Martha G. Ramsey; sons Mike wife Joy Ramsey Mark fianc Susan Ramsey & Matt wife Christy Ramsey; and grandchildren Allison Grayson Audrey Spencer Malena Caden Robert and Andrew.
