"Bobbi" Roberta Joy Virden, 85, of Ormond Beach, Florida passed away Sunday, January 11, 2026.  She was born on November 27, 1940 in Louisa County, Iowa.  Throughout her life she was an active member of the Methodist Church.  There her love for music was cultivated; and she became an active vocalist.  She went on to perform with, "The Sweet Adelines".  Bobbie was also a fierce friend – having many friendships that lasted a lifetime.

Bobbi is survived by her son, Mark (wife, Lisa );  grandson, Jake ; granddaughter, Sarah ; son, Scott; sister, Donna Williams and other extended family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Curt.

Services will be held at a later date in Iowa in the Spring.  In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Halifax Humane Society, or a charity of your choice.  Arrangements have been made entrusted to Lohman Funeral Home, Ormond Beach.
