"Bob" Robert Charles Agens, 86, of Palm Coast, Florida passed away Friday, October 18, 2024.  He was born on May 14, 1938 in Kearny, New Jersey and worked for Mennen/Colgate for over 41 years.  He was a machinist by trade, but he was always handy with things around the house and was the family mechanic.  Family was first in his life, enjoying activities with his children and grandchildren including coaching baseball and football.  Bob lived an active lifestyle and was a runner, completing 25 marathons.  He also enjoyed time at the golf course and tennis courts.  Bob was also focused on his community and neighbors; he was always helpful to those in need.

Robert is survived by his wife, Shirley J. Agens; son, James Agens (wife, Patricia Agens); son, Charles Agens (wife, Wanda Agens); son, Michael Agens (wife, Mary Agens); son, Joseph Agens (wife, Kristen Agens); daughter, Kathleen Agens; daughter, Terry Pennington (husband, Greg Pennington); son, Mark Miller (wife, Jackie Miller); son, Michael Miller (wife, Charlene Miller); daughter, Michelle Bahr (husband, Dave Bahr); twenty grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and other extended family and friends.  He is preceded in death by his son, Robert Agens, Jr. and sister, Marie Novak.

There will be a Memorial Service on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 2PM-5PM at Pine Lake Golf Club located at 400 Pine Lakes Parkway North, Palm Coast 32164.
