Billy Taylor 63 of Palm Coast Florida passed away August 26 2011 at Florida Hospital Flagler in Palm Coast FL. A Visitation will be held on Saturday September 3 2011 at 1:00 pm with a Memorial Service immediately following at 2pm at the Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast 220 Palm Coast Parkway SW Palm Coast FL. Bill was born in Beech Grove Indiana and grew up in Indianapolis. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington Indiana with a Business degree. He worked for many years as a sales representative for Eli Lilly and Company which involved relocation to Charleston WV and Cincinnati Ohio. Bill and Candy moved to Palm Coast Florida in October of 2008. Bill was an avid reader self taught guitarist and loved long walks with his dog Missy. He enjoyed playing golf and was fortunate to make a hole in one last September. Bill spent many of his earlier years coaching his boys in various sports. Bill served in the United States Air Force as a Sergeant during Vietnam. Bill is preceded in death by his father Dan and his brother Danny. He is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years Candy of Palm Coast Florida; mother Emily Sallee and stepdad Charles of Greenwood Indiana; sons Travis Taylor of Lexington KY and Collin Taylor of Ypsalini Michigan; sisters Beckey Taylor of Alabama and Judee Lepper and her husband Larry of Greenwood Indiana.
