Billy Ray Page, 82, of Port Orange, Florida, passed away on July 11, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on August 2, 1940 in Milan, Tennessee to the late Fred and LV Page.  He retired as a Police Officer and Firefighter for the Daytona beach Police Department.  He also proudly served his country in the United States Army.
