George William Lenz IV "Billy" 38 a long-time resident of Daytona Beach passed away tragically on April 13 2010. He was born August 24 1971 to George W. Lenz III and Geraldine C. Lenz in Louisville KY. Billy was an avid surfer who spent nearly all his free time at the beach. In his youth he won countless Eastern Surfing Association tournaments and was known for his "one-of-a-kind" style. There will always be an empty space in the ocean and in the hearts of his family and friends forever. Left to cherish is memory are his mother Geraldine; brother Eric sister Kimberly and grandmother Virginia Zimmers all of Daytona Beach. Other family members include uncle's Donald and Kenneth Lenz of Louisville KY; Mitch Cline of Frankfort KY; Larry Cline of Halifax Canada; Gary Cline of Denver CO; his aunt Kathy Z. Moonen of Morrisville NY; and long-time girlfriend Heather Lewis of Daytona Beach FL. Services will be private.
