Billie Rae Brim, went peacefully to the Lord on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at the age of 70.

Billie will be re-membered by her loving companion Kathy Swope of Port Orange. Her devoted children Sheila Frost (Steve) and Larry Brim, Jr. (Angela); Her loving Grandchildren, Megan Mihalko (Jonathan), Shawn Brim, Tabitha Coates and Summer Coates; Her cherished Great-Grandchildren, Karene Rose Cutlip, Malichai Lesenior Mitchell, Daniel Micheal Burgos, Jr. and Erin Elizabeth Mihalko. Billie will also be missed by her siblings Corbett "Sonny" Branson, Jr. and Patsy Christman. Billie was preceded in death by her parents Inez and Corbett B. Branson, Sr., brothers Von and James Branson and sisters Geraldine Boyer and Joyce Trimnal. Billie was born in Hazard, Kentucky and at the age of ten relocated to Florida with her parents and her six siblings.

Billie worked many years at Halifax Hospital in accounts payable while raising her children. Billie will be remembered as a woman who was so proud of her family, who loved to cook and sew. A fantastic woman, who was honest and had an amazing way of letting a person know exactly where they stood with her. Billie was a proud member of Central Baptist Church where she was active in bible study, jubilees and choirs.

A visitation will be held at Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange, 1201 Dunlawton Avenue, Port Orange, FL 32127 on August 26, 2013 from 12:00 P.M. - 1:00 P.M. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Jim Smith officiating. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. Condolences may be shared with the family through this online guestbook.
