Funeral services for Beverly A. Reckker 72 of Port Orange will be held on Thursday September 28 2006 11:00 a.m. at the Daytona Chapel of Lohman Funeral Homes. Family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. prior to service. Interment will follow in Daytona Memorial Park. Mrs. Reckker passed away on September 26 2006 after a long illness. She was born May 4 1934 to the late Ardell and Helen Fishel. She lived most of her life in Port Huron Michigan and in 1952 married Joseph Reckker. She was a member of Griswold Street Baptist Church. They moved to Port Orange FL in 1997. After her husband?s death in September of 2000 she lived with her husband?s brother and wife William and Cathey Reckker until going to Hospice. Mrs. Reckker is survived by her sister Barbara Rev. Ellis Grist several nieces and nephews and a lot of good friends in Port Huron. Beverly requested that in lieu of flowers all memorial donations be made to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler 3800 Woodbriar Trail Port Orange FL 32129.
