Beverly Jean (Gruelich) Griffis was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 21, 1932 to Elmer and Margaret Gruelich, and died peacefully in her sleep on July 2, 2021.

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Dennis J. Griffis, Sr and her sisters  Grace and Peggy.  She is survived by her 4 children John (Susan) Maine, Marne (Don) Miller, Debra (Aubrey) Shadix, and Barbara (Rob) Wrenn.   She shared many loving, happy moments with her 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Beverly worked as a Waitress for many years in Miami, Florida and later retired from AT&T as a Telephone Operator.

Beverly accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior on March 22, 1967 and enjoyed many years of attending a Christian Church. She especially loved to praise God by singing hymns!

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at 2:00 pm , Friday, July 23rd, 2021 for family and close friends at Lohman Funeral Home, 220 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Palm Coast, Florida 32137.
