Beverly Kay Corrington, 82, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born March 13, 1944, in Decatur, Illinois, Beverly was the beloved daughter of Harold and Alma Hutson. She met the love of her life, Steve Corrington, at age 13, and they married in 1961. This past March, they celebrated an extraordinary 65 years of marriage.

Beverly worked for 25 years at Firestone Tire and Rubber before retiring and moving to Florida with Steve. They also spent time living in Colorado.

Above all, Beverly cherished her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth, generosity, and kindness touched everyone who knew her. She loved bringing her family together through cooking, and her fried chicken, baked beans, deviled eggs, goulash, and sloppy Joes will be especially missed. She also enjoyed making afghan blankets for her family, sewing, and gardening. Most importantly, Beverly had a gift for simply being there for the people she loved.

She is survived by her husband, Steve; daughters, Holly Costa and Heather Hilberling; grandchildren, Hannah, Shelby, Colin, Cami, Garrett, and Kaitlyn; great-grandchildren, Blakely, Hayden, Lincoln, Raelynn, Ivory, Meredith, Joseph, Lydia, Titus, and Rory; and her brother, Larry Hutson. She was also joyfully awaiting another great-grandchild, due at the end of August, who will grow up knowing Beverly through the love and memories her family shares.

Beverly leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love, family, and kindness. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and many dear friends.
