Betty Taylor Royce 79 of Port Orange FL passed away on Wednesday October 27 2010. A private memorial service will be scheduled by the family at a later date. Betty was born in Sullivan Indiana on January 6 1931 to Grover Cleveland Hendricks and Lela Louise Butler. She was raised in Dugger Indiana with her brother Bill and graduated from Dugger High School in 1948. That same year Betty married her high school sweetheart Tommy Taylor. In 1962 Betty and Tommy moved their now growing family to Florida. Her new home state became the perfect setting for her favorite hobbies: going to the beach boating and shopping for nice clothes. Betty's three daughters will always remember their mother for her kind heart warm smile and loving ways. Those who will cherish Betty's memory are daughters Theresa Taylor Port Orange FL; Nancy Taylor Alaska; Susie Taylor Deland FL; brother Bill Hendricks Indiana; and one grandson Nathan Hinkel Taylor.
