Betty Jo Gill 82 Ormond Beach FL passed away on May 25 2011 Florida Hospital Ormond. The family will receive friends on Friday; May 27th between the hours of 5-8 pm at Lohman Funeral Home 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach. Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 28th at 12:30 am at The First United Methodist Church 336 S. Halifax Drive Ormond Beach She was born May 7 1929 in Clinton Kentucky to Quigley and Lilie (Hornsby) Brummal. Betty Jo was a librarian in Taylorville Il and Charleston Il. The job she enjoyed most was wife mother and grandmother. Betty Jo was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Ormond Beach. She is survived by her husband of 59 years Donald G. Gill of Ormond Beach her children Ann (Ben) Butera of Flagler Bruce Gill of Port Orange and Gay Gill Madden (Rick) of Charlotte NC. Five grandchildren Skip Wooden Donnie Wooden and Betty Ann Wooden of Ormond and Kathleen Madden and Kelly Ann Madden of Charlotte NC.
Betty Jo will be remembered by her many friends for her unfaltering faith in her friend and savior - Her Lord Jesus Christ. Her prayers for others were never ending.
