Surrounded by the love of her family Betty Mae Albury age 85 of Daytona Beach went home to be with the Lord and her beloved husband Bob on Wednesday October 10 2012.

The family will receive friends for a visitation on Friday October 12 2012 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. ~ 8:00 p.m. at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona. A Prayer service will begin in the chapel at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday October 13 2012 at the Basilica of St. Paul Catholic Church 317 Mullally Street Daytona Beach. Mrs. Albury will be laid to rest at Daytona Memorial Park Cemetery.

Betty was born in Canton Ohio on May 26 1927. She and her family moved to Daytona Beach in 1955. She has been a member of the Basilica of St. Paul's since then. She was active in the parish's school in the 1960's. In 1971 Betty started her career with Halifax Medical Center that would span 38 years. She retired in February 2009.

Betty was predeceased in death by her husband Bob two brothers Paul and Don Chapman and her mother Ellen.

Betty is survived by her three children Linda Daryl (Brenda) and Scott (Carol) four grandchildren Misty Malicki Robin Albury Tracey Lord and Jeffrey Albury two great grandchildren Dylan and Bailey Malicki.
