Berry L. Kitterman (72), of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away on August 11, 2023.

Berry was born to Robert Mace and Nina Jean Kitterman on October 11, 1950 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. After deciding he needed to live near the beach, he moved to Florida in 1979 and started his own branch of the family business, Kitterman Mail Transport. He was a dedicated postal contractor with a stellar reputation as being the one the USPS could count on, but he enjoyed spending his free time with his family and friends, listening to classic rock as loud as his stereo would go, and tinkering with any of his cars, trucks, or motorcycles in his garage.

Berry is survived by his wife of 42 years Patti, sons Jeffrey Todd and Christopher Scott, daughters and sons-in-law Kerri and Donnie Webb, Kelsi and Michael Przymusik, and grandchildren Skylar Nicole, Savannah Lynne, Dakota Allen, and Amelia Clementine. Berry was predeceased by his parents, Robert Mace and Nina Jean, and his brother Michael O'Neil.

While he held many titles in life, from cowboy to contractor, Berry's favorite roles were husband and father. He loved nothing more than taking care of his soulmate, Patti, his children, grandchildren, and his dogs.

Berry's family will host a Celebration of Life service on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at 2:00pm. The service will be at Lohman Funeral Home in Ormond Beach. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the ASPCA, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or Shriners Hospital for Children in his name.
