Obituary

Bernard Reid, 72 years old, made the transition to Heaven on Friday, January 12, 2024. He was born February 25, 1951 in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Mainland High School in Daytona Beach and later attended Mary Carter Technical Institute for paint and body. He established himself as a paint master in the community. Years later he relocated to Houston, Texas and resided there for 12 years before relocating back to Homestead, FL. He worked for Williamson Cadillac for 18 years and was forced to retire after being injured on the job. Bernard always remained true to who he was. He maintained a secure image whether everything was falling apart or going his way. We shall remember him with love and fondness, and will surely miss his earthly presence.

Bernard's memories will be cherished by his Wife, Schilder Reid; his Mother, Concheta March; his Children, Aron Reid, Alvin March, Elaina March, Stacie Stafford, Bernard March, Jr., Lisa West and Catrice Middleton (Todd);  His Grandchildren, Aron, Ariana, Zarianna, Stanesha, Sherelle, Shantrell, Treymane, Jasmine and Kristian; his Great-Granddaughter, Aubrielle; his Sister and Brothers, Mary Bowdry, Tony March, Gary Dolphus (Patricia) and Gus March (Lynn).
