Benny G. Miles, 81, of Daytona Beach, passed from this life on July 10, 2014.

Benny is survived by his beloved wife Carole, his loving children Michael Miles, Margo Lyons, Scott Miles (Heidi) and Linda Stewart. He is also survived by his eight devoted grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parent Rufus and Nancy Miles.

Benny came to the Daytona Beach area in 1971 and shortly after began a career in real estate that would span 30 or more years. He was a very passionate Realtor/Broker and was very highly respected in the industry and the community. Benny was a Past Realtor Of The Year, an honor bestowed upon him by the Board of Realtors of Daytona Beach. Benny also held positions in many clubs and organizations during his professional career as a Realtor/Broker but a few of note were President of the Board of Realtors and Vice-President of the Daytona Beach Chamber of Commerce. He was a member of the Executive Club, Kiwanis International and the Quarterback Club. His other passion in life along with his family was Golf.

A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Monday July 14, 2014 at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona located at 1423 Bellevue Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114.
