Beatrice T. Silverman, MD, 94, of Daytona Beach, passed away on April 27, 2016 at her residence. She was born on March 20, 1922 in Chelsea, Massachusetts to the late Hyman and Jenny Silverman.
Beatrice was a doctor and psychiatrist who also served our country proudly as a lieutenant in the WAVES in the US Navy.

She moved to this area in 1975, from Massachusetts.

Survivors include her son, Salvador (Ana) Sanchez of Daytona Beach; daughter, Susan Mailer (Marco Colodro) of Santiago, Chile, South America; sister, Phyllis Ott of Myrtle Beach, SC; nine grandchildren, Claudia, Pablo, Valentina, Rebeca, Daniel, Alejandro, Antonia, Natalia and Ana; five great-grandchildren, Ismael, Patrick, Gael, Victoria and Octavia.
