Beatrice Lillian Coker 88 of Ormond Beach peacefully passed away August 1 2012. Beatrice was predeceased by her husband of 64 years Donnie J. Coker. Bea and Don retired to Ormond Beach in 1987. They were original residents at Plantation Bay.

Bea and Don loved golf and were members of the Plantation Bay Golf Association. They also enjoyed traveling all over the world and throughout the country. Bea enjoyed playing mahjong with her friends. Bea was a kind and caring woman who loved people and had a wonderful sense of humor. Everyone she met remembered her warm smile and beautiful blue eyes. She made an impression.

Bea will be remembered as a great mother to her three children: Donnie G. "Jerry" Coker and his wife Sandy of Atlanta Donald L. "Donnie" Coker and his wife Melinda of Fort Lauderdale and Connie Panhans of Ormond Beach. She will be sadly missed by her 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
