Barbara Ann Tollison , 88, of Holly Hill, Florida, widow of Melvin A. Tollison, Jr., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Solaris Healthcare. She was born February 9, 1934 in Port Deposit, MD to Cyrus Smith Burlin and Florence Ann Moore. She was a retired Volusia County Food Service Worker and retail associate at Walgreens.

Survivors include her daughter, Debbie (Rick) Hudson of Taylors, SC and son Gary (Ellie) Tollison of Ormond Beach, FL. Niece, Zondra (Waymond) Bishop of Temple, GA, Nephew Jack (Kathy) Crees of Canterbury, CT, Four grandchildren Dawn (Sean), Erin (Quinn), Jesse, Kristopher, Great-grandchild Grace. Her children would like to thank Solaris Healthcare for the care and love given to their mother during her stay.

She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents, brother Jimmy Burlin and sister Joan Ellal.

A Service of Remembrance will be celebrated on Monday, May 23, 2022 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond Beach, Granada Blvd. Visitation will be 10:30am to 11:45am and service to follow at 12:00pm. Private Interment will be Tuesday for the family.
