Barbara K. Taylor age 74 a life long resident of DeLand FL passed away on Friday December 24 2010. Barbara was born in Brooklyn NY to Joseph and Jean Keiper. Barbara was proud of her many accomplishments including being an Executive Director for The American Red Cross in Volusia County and also being a ruling elder at the Westminster Presbyterian Church. Barbara was a huge Gators Fan and will be remembered by her family as a loving and caring mother grandmother & sister.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years John B. Taylor. She leaves behind two sons John Falago Joseph Falango daughter M.J. Falango brother John Keiper and sisters Ruth Lane & Mary Joe Drennan step-son John Taylor and step-daughter Jennifer Maley and a grandchild Dakota Falango.

A Memorial service to celebrate Barbara's life will be held on Thursday December 30 2010 at 4:00 pm at the Westminster Presbyterian Church located at 1313 West New York Avenue Deland FL. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Journeys End Animal Sanctuary PO Box 220163 Glenwood FL 32722-0163.
