A Memorial Service for Barbara A. Stickney 47 of Edgewater will be held 2 pm Sunday May 15 2005 at the Friendship Baptist Church 2108 Hibiscus in Edgewater. Mrs. Stickney passed away on Thursday May 5 at Hospice of Volusia/Flagler. Born in Corinth NY Mrs. Stickney came to this area in 1964. Until its closing Mrs. Stickney was a professional bartender for 22 years at The Nice Place. She was also employed at Edgewater Screen and Repair for a year and a half. She enjoyed NASCAR racing and was a fan of ?American Idol.? She also enjoyed her family and cooking. Mrs. Stickney is survived by her husband of 15 years Kenneth; a brother Bobby Ryan of NY; a sister Judy Hayes of Hadley NY; a very good friend Cindy Bushman and many nieces and nephews.
