Barbara Ann Mavronas, 53, passed away on February 11, 2014. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 6:00 P.M to 8:00 P.M at Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange, 1201 Dunlawton Ave, Port Orange FL 32129. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 11:00 A.M at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 4675 S Clyde Morris Blvd, Port Orange, FL 32129.

Barbara was born in Linden, New Jersey and raised in Brick Township. She has lived in the Daytona Beach area for 33 years and she and her husband, Steve, began Steve's Famous Diner at 1584 S. Nova Road. She enjoyed being with her family every day at the restaurant and was dedicated to them outside of the workplace.

Barbara is preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, Steve Mavronas. Those left to cherish her memory are her children; Marco Mavronas, Larissa (Mark) Kovacs; mother, Eleanore Rush; brothers, Mike and Robert Rush; granddaughter, Vivian Mavronas.
