Barbara R. Fougere 73, of Orange City, Florida passed away gracefully with her loving husband Albert at her side, June 18, 2014 at Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia Flagler, in Orange City. Barbara was born November 14, 1940 in Scholosberg, Germany. Barbara was a compassionate, giving person. When she saw a need she filled it as best she could and often talked everyone into helping her. Barbara was hard to say no to. She loved to laugh, and to feed her family and friends. A Memorial Service in Celebration of the Life of Barbara is being held at 1pm, Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Fellowship Baptist Church, 114 Courtland Blvd. Deltona, FL 32738.
