Barbara Molnar Fadlevich 71 of Daytona Beach passed away on August 3rd 2009. She was born to the late John and Helen Molnar in Logan W.V. on December 18th 1937. She graduated from Logan High School in 1956 and married Robert E. Fadlevich. Together they owned and operated West Virginia Cable Company Inc. in West Logan. In 1973 they relocated to Daytona Beach where they opened Dixie Cable Company which operated until the early 1990's. Barbara has been an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes parish since 1973 where she volunteered annually at the Italian Festival. She was also an avid Seabreeze High School and Florida State Seminole supporter.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Helen May husband Robert and daughter Elizabeth Ann Fadlevich. Barbara is survived by her daughter Helenea Sanders and her husband Ray and their children Jason and Beth Ann and by her son John and his wife Debby and their son Christopher all of Ormond Beach.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday August 7th 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church 201 University Blvd. Daytona Beach. The family will be receiving friends on Thursday August 6th from 4:00~7:00pm at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond Chapel.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in her honor to Florida Hospital Hospice Care Oceanside 264 S. Atlantic Ave. Ormond Beach FL 32176.
