Augustus (Gus) Minardi, Jr.
April 21, 1938 – September 6, 2024

Gus Minardi 86, of Ormond Beach, FL has gone home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 6, 2024.  A Celebration of his Life will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at Lohman Funeral Home, Ormond Beach at 9:30 am with Rev. James Queen officiating.  A brief reception will be held at Lohman Funeral Home following the service.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Florence.  They were married for 49 years.  Gus was an only child and is survived by many nieces and nephews on his wife's side and friends.

Gus was born in Alpha, NJ and graduated from Phillipsburg High School and then served his country in the US Navy.  After his military service, he lived for many years in Martins Creek, PA and spent his career working various positions at Mack Printing, in Easton, PA.  After he retired from Mack Printing he moved to Ormond Beach, FL.

Gus volunteered as a patrol car officer for the Ormond Beach Police Department.  He enjoyed sports, hunting in PA, and was a University of Notre Dame football fan.  Gus was a funny, kind and loving guy!
