Aubrey Anthony Williams was born June 6, 1951 in Georgetown, Guyana to the late Patrick and Dorothy Williams. He was the third of six children. He received his early schooling in Guyana and subsequent learning in the United States after relocating in 1980.

In August 2013, he retired from working both in Guyana and the USA with 27 of those years at Goldman Sachs. Aubrey was a very ambitious person with humble beginnings who dedicated himself and rose to great heights professionally.

Aubrey married his wife, Pamela in 1975 and the union produced two sons, Ronel and Rory to whom he devoted his entire life, even in his retirement. He was also blessed with the apple of his eye, his grandson, Jalen who kept him traveling throughout Florida to watch him participate in all of his athletic activities.

He was a mentor to both young and old and was highly respected for the advice that he imparted and the manner in which he conducted same; the younger kids in the church often referred to him as the "cool father".

In October of 2014, he relocated to Palm Coast and continued his athletic activities primarily his tennis playing, he joined a league and played daily, sometimes twice in one day. He even made time to attend his favorite Jets games in New Jersey as he was a dedicated follower of the team. He was also an avid reader who utilized every spare moment to fulfill his voracious appetite.

Aubrey will be best remembered for his comedic prowess; he had a knack for his quick thinking and funny answers and made everyone comfortable. He has left an indelible mark on the lives of everyone he touched.

Aubrey has left to mourn his wife Pamela, sons Ronel and Rory, grandson Jalen, sisters Jean, Karen and Deborah, brothers Gordon and Lance, several nephews and nieces, cousins, beloved in- laws and numerous friends.
