Mr. Arthur D. Sabino, 79, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 11, 2016. Arthur was born on September 12, 1937 in Utica, N.Y. to Peter and Anna Leon' Sabino. By nature, Arthur was a people person, which led to a long and successful career in sales and retail management.
Arthur was deeply involved with the Masonic Lodge, and served as a Master Mason. He also belonged to many other civic organizations including the Elks Club, Moose Lodge and the Ormond Italian-American Club. Not only did he hold membership, but was considered a leader in all. Those left behind to cherish Arthur's memory are his wife, Shirley Sabino of 58 years, his children; Rebecca Bynum, Peter Sabino and his wife Amy, Patricia Zablo and her husband Brent, Thomas Sabino and his wife Vicki, Terri Sannasardo and her husband Robert; grandchildren; Jessica Thorne and her husband Brian, Anthony Zablo, Kristin Cooker and her husband Brett, Salvatore Sabino and his fianc Amanda, Chelsie Zablo and her fianc Matt , Peter Sabino, Rachel Bynum, Halie Zablo, Tyler Sabino; and seven great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Arthur's life will be held on Wednesday, October 19th at 11:00 am at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona, with a gathering of family and friends beginning one hour prior. A Masonic honorary service will immediately follow. Those attending are also invited to share time with the family at a reception following the service.
