Armando Ruscetti, 86, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away on April 15, 2020 at his residence in Palm Coast.  He was born on April 21, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Phillip and Maria Ruscetti.  He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.  Armando retired as a Railroad Carman Mechanic.  A Private Graveside Service will be held at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Hillsde, Illinois.  Arrangements in Hillside will be handled by Russo Hillside Chapel.
