Archie F. Voss 82 passed away Sunday October 3 2010. A visitation will be held on Wednesday October 6 2010 at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona 1423 Bellevue Avenue Daytona Beach from 5pm until 7pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday October 7 2010 beginning at 2pm with burial to follow at Daytona Memorial Park Cemetery where military honors will be rendered.

Archie was born January 7 1928 in Hampton Michigan to the late Louisa and John Voss.
He was a Navy veteran and often expressed his pride in serving his country. Archie was a family man most importantly a devoted husband and father. He also enjoyed gardening watching auto racing making wine and being an auto mechanic. Archie was a devoted parishioner of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in South Daytona. He was also an active member of The American Legion post 361. Archie was a retired Volusia County Mechanic and enjoyed his many years of work and close friends made.

He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife JoAnn Voss daughters Connie (Bob) Mewhorter and her husband Robert Vickie (Jim) sons Ray (Stacey) Randy (Cathey) and David (Dee); sister Eleanor grandchildren John Leah Junior Katie Jennifer Randy Heather Albert Davey and Seven great grandchildren and many extended family members and friends.
Archie's parents and Brothers Leonard William Elmer and Sisters Laura and Frieda precede him in death.
