Anne M. Kuba
Of Daytona Beach FL passed away with family by her side on May 28 2012. She leaves behind her devoted husband of 69 years Joseph; her loving sons Tom and his wife Linda Russ and his wife Lynn her youngest son Jeff and her daughter Joanne and her husband Bill; seven grandchildren Janet Danielle Eric Toby Melissa Joseph and Alyson; five great grandchildren Alexandra Holly Samantha Hunter and Catherine a dear nephew Tom Ehrhart and numerous nieces and nephews. An infant son predeceased her. Anne was born in Baltimore Maryland on January 17 1926 to Joseph and Anne Bocklage. She was the youngest of three children. She was preceded in death by her brother Casper Bocklage and her sister Catherine Ehrhart. Anne married her life-long companion on May 22 1943. Together they raised their family in Silver Spring Maryland and created many cherished memories for their children and grandchildren. After Anne and Joe raised their family they moved to Daytona Beach and enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and Canada; delighted in hosting family and friends in their Florida home; and loved spending time with their children and grandchildren celebrating life's many occasions and gifts. Special thanks to Mom's caregivers in the final months of her life. They not only supported her but her family as well. Friends and family are invited to the Haight Funeral Home & Chapel (6416 Sykesville Road) Sykesville MD on Monday June 4 2012 from 4 to 7 PM. A Christian wake service will be held at 6:30 PM Monday at the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be held on Tuesday June 5 2012 at 10 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Community (915 Liberty Road) Eldersburg MD. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens Marriottsville MD. A memorial service will be held in Florida at a later date.
