Obituary

Ann M. Kleban age 91 of Port Orange passed away on Saturday March 10th 2012.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am on Thursday March 15th 2012 at Epiphany Catholic Church 201 Lafayette Street Port Orange FL 32127; the family will receive guests from 9:30-10:00am prior. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park Cemetery.

Ann was born August 29th 1920 in Windber Pennsylvania to the late Anna and Michael Kleban. She was the youngest of five children.

She was a resident of Port Orange since 1979 when she moved from Montrose New York following her retirement. Ann worked for the VA Hospital as a Physical Therapist for 30 years. She was a member of Epiphany Catholic Church where she served on various committees. She was a member of groups including; National Association of Retired Federal Employees AARP life member of WIBC and served on the Board of Director for the Daytona Beach Bowling Association.
Ann shared many years with her dear pet cat Kitsie who was a great joy in her life. She also enjoyed gardening crafts helping those in need and bowling. She bowled in many tournaments and in the "Ladies of the Morning" League.

Survivors include her nieces and nephews Margaret Tomasevich Anna Mae Vargo John Kleban Dr George Kleban Tom Kleban Bill Sakmar Jack Sakmar and at least18 great nieces and nephews and many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Foundation for Spinal Cord Injury Prevention at FSCIPCC13246 Golden Circle Fenton Michigan 48430.
