Mrs. Ann E. Ferguson age 91 of Port Orange passed away on Thursday February 3 2005 at the Port Orange Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was married to the late James A. Ferguson who passed in 1994.
Mrs. Ferguson was born in Culmersville PA on December 21 1913 to Russell & Alma Gray. She moved to Mars PA as a little girl and then to Chatham N.J. in 1958 and then to Pocono Farms Tobyhanna PA in 1976. Mrs. Ferguson came to Ormond Beach in 1995 and then moved to Port Orange in 2003. She was a retired nurse whose hobbies included gardening reading and needlework.
Survivors include her sisters Mary Perry St. Petersburg FL Jean Burnett Yalaha FL and Dorothy Stone Wexford PA; daughters Georga Wix Donald Tobyhanna PA & Daytona Beach and Jan Corlett Thomas Daytona Beach; grandchildren Richard Corlett Sandy Snellville GA Melanie Kohler Matthew Apollo Beach FL Donald Wix Jr. Sandra Lithia FL; greatgrandchildren Rachel Kohler Brittany Wix Max Kohler and Allison Wix; and 6 nieces and 3 nephews.
A memorial service and interment will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler 3800 Woodbriar Tr. Port Orange FL 32129
