Angela Marie Richards 52 of South Daytona passed away quietly at home surrounded by her family and her pet cat Yum-Yum. Celebration of life will be held on Sunday March 7 2010 in the Chapel of Lohman funeral home 1201 Dunlawton Avenue Port Orange at 6 pm. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 4 pm until service time on Sunday. Angela was an active member of her community over the past 10 years volunteering for Halifax Medical center in Daytona Beach. Before moving to South Daytona she resided with her mother in Atlanta GA. Where she also volunteered for many organizations. She was a graduate of Brookhaven Pre-Vocational school in 1975 graduating at the top of her class. Her happiest times were spent with her many family members and friends. She loved shopping going out to eat traveling playing slot machines and being a huge fan of the king himself Elvis. She was an active member of T.O.P.S. club #349 of Port Orange Florida. Angela is preceded in death by her mother Joan A Hall and father Charles Curtis Richards. Survivors include her brother Randall and Misty Richards of Columbus Georgia. Her sister Lynn and Randy Donahue of South Daytona Florida. Her step-mother Janice Richards of Port St. Lucie FL. Nephew Marc Donahue two nieces Chelsea Richards and Skylar Richards as well as her great nephew's Declan Donahue Kaleb Buchanan and great niece Dylann. The heavens now have a beautiful special Angel that will be missed by all that knew her.
