Obituary

The family of Angela Maria Purcell will receive friends at Baggett and Summers Funeral Home 736 S. Beach St Daytona Beach at 4 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. with public Memorial Tributes from 6p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday June 18 2010. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday June 19 2010 at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church 703 George Engram Blvd Daytona Beach at 11 a.m. The Rev. Jeffrey Robinson will officiate.

Angela Maria Purcell affectionately known as "Angie" was born to Leila Olivia Purcell on November 18 1957 in Daytona Beach Florida. She was called home to glory on June 7 2010.
Angela attended Mainland High School and received her AA Degree in the nursing field from Daytona Beach Community College. She enjoyed her work as an LPN at the Volusia County Health Department and various nursing homes in the area but she loved working in the private duty practice.
She was baptized at an early age and enjoyed worshiping and visiting many churches in the Daytona Beach area. She enjoyed reading and discussing the bible.
She leaves to cherish with loving and fond memories her sons Shannon Purcell and Regis Adams; her daughters Olivia Hickson and Ayrrion Turner ; her mother Leila Olivia Purcell all of Daytona Beach Florida; her sister Delphine Williamson (Cleveland) Palm Coast Florida; four aunts Ollie Kemp and Hilda Purcell of Miami Florida; Willie Mae Twiggs Astatula Florida; Martha Mays of Deland Florida; two uncles: Carroll Purcell of Blacksburg Virginia and John Purcell of Miami Florida. A Nephew Cory Williamson of Hyattsville Maryland and a host of loving and caring cousins and friends and her father Arthur Knight Sanford Florida. She is predeceased by her maternal grandmother Maggie Purcell; and her Aunt Ruby Elmore; and her uncle Frank Purcell
