Memorial service for Angela P. Piligian 74 of Palm Coast will be held at the funeral home on Friday December 14th at 10am with Arch Deacon Diukran Beurklian conducting the service. There will be a visitation for family and friends on Thursday from 3pm to 6pm at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast. Angela passed away on Sunday December 9 2007 at St. Luke's Hospital Jacksonville FL
Angela was born May 28 1933 in Detroit MI and moved to Marlboro MA as an infant. She graduated from Worcester Hahnemann Hospital School of Nursing in 1954 and dedicated her life to the care of others as a Registered Nurse. She initially worked in operating rooms than later became a home health care visiting nurse for over 25 years in Franklin MA; she subsequently was a nurse at Moosehaven Retirement Community in Orange Park FL and Flagler Pines in Bunnell FL.
Angela loved pleasing family and friends with her warmth and laughter; she enjoyed the age-old art of letter-writing to all her cousins. Angela loved her cats and relaxed by playing bingo taking neighborhood walks dining out and traveling to Las Vegas and Biloxi.
Married to her husband Charles on May 6 1956 she is survived in addition to her husband by her three sons Paul David and Gary her sister Lucy Almasian; her two grandchildren Alex and Ivan Piligian and numerous nieces nephews and cousins.
Gifts may be made in Angela's memory to the Mayo Clinic Transplant Center 200 First ST. SW Rochester MN 55905.
