Andy Mendez, 52, of Palm Coast, Florida passed away surrounded by family on Sunday, March 22, 2026. He was born on May 29, 1973, in Passaic, New Jersey. Andy was the life of the party, and if there wasn't a party, one was about to begin! He was always up for an adventure. He was handy and was a hard worker. In his non-working time, he enjoyed fishing, bike riding with his family, trail walking, mini golf and window shopping at Best Buy and Bass Pro Shop. Above all, he valued his faith and his family. He was the patriarch of the family and led his family accordingly. He will continue to be a compass for those that knew him.

Andy is survived by his loving wife, Samantha Mendez; daughter, Yesenia Mendez (husband, Christopher Wertz); daughter, Tatiana Mendez; son Andy Lorenzo Mendez (wife, Annie Pereira); son Brandon Mendez; daughter, Daniela Mendez; daughter, Eliana Mendez; brother, Cesar Mendez (wife, Carmen Mendez); brother, Richard Mendez (wife, Alis Mendez); grandsons, Luca and Julian; mother-in-law, Silvana Mancini (husband, Claude Mancini); father-in-law, James Kelly, Sr. (wife, Linda Flowers); brother-in-law, James Kelly, Jr. (wife, Michelle Kelly); aunt, Hilda Colon (husband, Hector Colon); nieces and nephews, Briana Mitchell, Maria Kelly, James Kelly III., Amber Mendez, Amy Mendez, Leona Mendez, and Anthony Mendez; and other extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Cesareo and Rosa Mendez.

There will be a Graveside Service on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 3pm at Flagler Memorial Gardens located at 511 Old Kings Road, Palm Coast, Florida 32164.
