Andrea Kathryn Pike, 75, of Ormond Beach peacefully passed away at 1:33 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, surrounded by her family.

Andrea's family will welcome friends at Lohman Funeral Home, 733 West Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach on Friday September 16, 2016 from 4pm-7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, September 17th, at 12pm at St. Brendan Catholic Church, Ormond Beach with Reverend Tom Barrett. Celebrant burial will follow at Daytona Memorial Park, Daytona Beach.

Andrea was born Oct. 19, 1940, in Farrell, PA, a daughter to Andrew and Catherine (Bishop) Berish.
Surviving are her husband and love of her life, Dr. Charles "Bud" Pike, Ormond Beach; her children Kerry Hayes, Ormond Beach; Kellie (Goar) Delamerens, St. Augustine; Kory (Cynthia) Pike, Lake Mary; sister, Gloria Brooks, Orlando; her grandchildren, Caley Hayes of Ormond Beach, Ashley, Katelyn, and Connor Pike of Lake Mary, Victoria "Tori" and Vonn deLamerens of St. Augustine, Keelan, Molly, and Maggie McCoole of Manchester, NH., and several nieces and nephews across the country.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Gregory Berish.

She attended Saint Ann's Catholic Grade School, Farrell High School and graduated from IBM Business School in 1959 in Newcastle, PA.

Andrea and Bud met when she was working for Bellsouth Telephone Co. in Orlando. They were married on Saturday, Aug. 14, 1965, in Daytona Beach and honeymooned at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach. They moved to Ormond Beach when Bud took his first job with General Electric Co. They had just celebrated their 51st Anniversary.

A homemaker until her children were raised, she worked in the x-ray department and oncology wing at Halifax Hospital until her retirement in 2001. She was a member of Saint Brendan Catholic Church for over 46 years, an active member of the Volusia Region, Antique Automobile Club, and the Cranking A's Model A Ford Club. She was an avid volunteer and giver to all, and a proud part of "The ROC Girls."

Andrea was loved by her family, friends and colleagues - but no one loved her quite like Bud. She never met a stranger; her home and table were always welcoming. She loved good times with her family and gave her love freely. She loved to dance, especially the polka, and travel, but her hobbies were her grandchildren whom she loved deeply.

She will be missed, but never forgotten. Memorial donations can be made in her name to Saint Brendan Catholic Church, St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store, 1000 Ocean Shore Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32176.
