Augustine Sorvillo officiating. Andrea was born June 14 1956 in Norfolk VA to Courtland and Alma Perkoski Babcock and moved to the area in 1988 from Sarasota FL. She was a commercial realtor and was the owner/broker for Commercial Properties of Volusia County for 9 years. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Ormond Beach and the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society. Andrea enjoyed Gardening. Left to cherish her memory are her son Phillip of Ormond Beach parents Courtland and Alma Babcock of Ormond Beach sister Tracy and her husband Morris Hatalsky of Ponte Vedra FL brother Douglas and his wife Francie Babcock of Plantation FL and dear friend and business partner for many years Terry Campbell of Ormond Beach.
