Amelia Joann Ballard, 86, of Port Orange, FL passed away peacefully on April 4, 2024. She was born on July 25, 1937 in Rockingham, NC to parents James Austin Bailey and Hazel (nee Owens) Bailey. Mrs. Ballard is survived by her 3 loving daughters.
In lieu of plants, the family requests donations in memory of Joann Ballard be made to Calvary Christian Center, 1687 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174.
