Memorial service for Alphonse "Rab" Glendye age 61 of Daytona Beach will be Sunday June 22 2008 4:00 P.M. at the American Legion Post 120 461 Walker Street Holly Hill FL . Rab was born in Lawrence MA he was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. After leaving the Air Force Rab "White Rabbit" was an over the road truck driver. He moved to Daytona Beach from Haverhill MA in 1992. Mr. Glendye was a former employee of Maverick Resort in Ormond. He will be remembered for his keen sense of humor. Rab is survived by his two sons Jerry Glendye of Woburn MA Brandon Glendye of Daytona Beach; sisters Alice Buckley of Haverhill MA Dena Fitzgerald of Metheun MA Susan Beaupre of Londonderry NH; grandchildren John and Bridget; life partner Debbie Brodner.
