Allen D. Hill, 67, passed away peacefully at his home on May 17, 2014 in Palm Coast FL. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Palm Coast Bible Church, 94 Whiteview Parkway, Palm Coast, Florida.

Allen was born June 4, 1946 and grew up in Hutchinson, Kansas, where he attended Hutchinson High School. He proudly served his country in the Army Reserves. Allen worked as an aerial patrolman substation supervisor for Westar Energy. His hobbies and interests were computers and music. Allen was very active in his church, Palm Coast Bible Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Allen Merle Hill and Lucy Simmons Hill, and his brother, Fred Hill. Allen will be sadly missed by his wife Deborah Harmon Hill, Palm Coast, FL; by his daughters: Shellie (Coil) Couch of Inman, KS and Diane Minium of Hutchinson, KS; by his son, Gary Hill of Hutchinson, KS; by his grandchildren : Kalee (Mike) Ratley, Cole(Kelley) Couch, AJ Couch, Blake (Vicki) Minium, Andy Minium, Farrington (Mason) Lear, and Rebecca Hill; and his great grandchildren: Lydia, Gage, Weston, Chloe, Hunter, Alice and Ryker. Brothers and sisters: Frieda Pacourek, Naomi (Chuck) Dean, Richard (MaryJo) Hill, Gloria (Ferrol) Franklin.

Burial service will be at Fairlawn Cemetery in Hutchinson. Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast.
