Funeral services for Mrs. Alice H. Rawlins 82 of Miami FL who passed away Saturday March 31 2007 in South Miami FL will be 3:30pm Wednesday April 4 2007 at the Basilica of St. Paul with Fr. Tim Daily officiating. A Visitation will be held from 1:00pm to 3:00pm Wednesday April 4 2007 at Baggett & Summers Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rawlins was born July 18 1924 in Fitchburg Massachusetts to Aime and Louise Delise. She later moved to Ashburnham where she met and married Ronald Ray Rawlins in 1947. Together Alice and Ray moved to Holly Hill FL in 1947 where Alice owned and operated a tax consulting business. In 2002 Alice moved to Miami FL.
Mrs. Rawlins was a graduate of Cushing Academy Ashburnham MA and a member of the Basilica of St. Paul.
Those who will lovingly remember Alice include her son Steve (Judith) Rawlins Miami FL one brother Maurice Delisle Ashburnham MA three sisters Lucy Fontaine Port Orange FL Jane Erickson Leominster MA Denise Revell Fitchburg MA and a grandson Michael Rawlins Miami FL.
Ray Alice's husband preceded her in death.
