Alice Prorok, 73, passed away on October 17, 2013. A Christian Burial Mass will take place on Tuesday October 22, 2013 at 11:30 A.M at Church of the Epiphany, 201 Lafayette St. Port Orange, FL 32127.

Alice was born in Titusville, Pennsylvania but grew up in Oil City, P.A where she met her future husband Terry while attending 8th grade at St. Joseph's. Alice and Terry remained together through grade school and high school and eventually married in 1955. Their love survived many roadblocks and served as a source of hope for their children.

Alice, an extremely family focused mother and wife, knew how to live life to the fullest. Alice's ability to continually overcome major health challenges serves as inspiration for all who knew her. Alice's family also included several basset hounds that she loved dearly.

Alice was preceded in death by her son Thomas Williard. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 55 years, Terry Prorok; children, Sharon (Randy) Hughes, Rick Prorok, Dan (Beth) Prorok, Kim (Brad) Schroeder; Brother, Jim (Gloria) Boyle; grandchildren, Mike Poulter, Tom Tuite, Cassie Schroeder, Sarah Prorok, Megan Schroeder, Hannah Prorok, Amanda Schroeder, Joshua Schroeder, Jenna Schroeder, Maggie Prorok, Dylan Prorok; and great-granddaughter, Lily.
